Our network of fully electronic ParcelXchanges is monitored by our intelligent software ‘SoftLocker’ which logs every action performed at the ParcelXchange including date, time and identity of user. This in-depth logging of data, including unsuccessful log in attempts, allows us to closely monitor the security of each location. Our sites are well lit and most are monitored by CCTV cameras.

In addition to this, ParcelXchange’s Cleverbox software only grants the delivery driver access to a locker when the system is expecting delivery or a return is ready for collection, giving you peace of mind that no unauthorised entry to your locker can occur and that your goods are safe.
